“The location is sufficiently remote with plenty of privacy. Quiet neighborhood and surroundings. The cabin itself was dang comfy. Great dense memory foam bed, well appointed sitting areas in the main cabin and the side house. And the cedar soaking tub! It heated up to over 100-degrees and was wonderful to relax in and watch the evening come in or the night stars. Bring out the portable speaker and just chill out. It was also centrally located to the Joshua Tree NP west entrance and Pioneertown. The backyard had a nice sitting area with fire pit that you can watch the rabbits and squirrels run around and listen to the birds sing as the sun sets. Really a relaxing spot. We’d like to come back soon.”
“As soon as we hit the dirt road, we knew we were in for an experience. The house is stunning and filled with good, positive vibes. The fire place!! Ahh, we loved this! We kept a fire on every day. The hot tub was incredible and we also grilled every single night. What a stunning place!”

“We had the most wonderful time at this gorgeously designed property. Every last detail was considered and taken care of making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear which made our arrival and exit extremely smooth. This allowed us to relax and enjoy from start to finish. The property is located near stores etc. which is great should you decide to leave the compound — which we believe you may find difficult as the grounds are just so beautiful. We are already looking forward to our next getaway to this beautiful part of the California desert.”

Fantastic newly refurbished cabin that is beautifully designed and extremely well thought out. Quiet, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed. Fire pit is awesome as is the hot tub for star-viewing. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was a great guy to inform us a bit more about the property and the area.

The property is located up and away from HWY 62, in a deconstructed neighborhood that feels peaceful and safe. The higher elevation offers breathtaking views of JTNP and snow covered mountain peaks. The home itself is designed beautifully. The modern cabin architecture is spot on and fits right in with the natural surroundings. The space is perfect for a couple’s getaway.
The main building is thoughtfully laid out and tastefully appointed. The blend of sleek modern with cozy high desert yields function and comfort in spades. The kitchen is well equipped as is the bathroom. The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large closet. The living room has a wood burning stove and is the perfect place to relax at night. The converted garage and cedar hot tub are à la mode to an already outstanding accommodation. Anne, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!
